This machine is specially designed and manufactured for glass basin manufacturing process. It is used for glass basin’s bending, shaping and tempering. This machine applies new technologies of one-off formation by heat bending and tempering.
The basin tempering furnace has high rate of qualified product: normally above 98% (required by extractive grinded edge and complete anneal). All the products are according with the standard of GB/T9963-1998 or tempering standard of JIS R 3206.
